One Strategy for Improving Time Management:
Prepare a To-Do List and Prioritise — List all activities and rank them in order of importance (Must Do, Should Do, Nice to Do). Complete the most important tasks first. This ensures no task is forgotten and reduces the anxiety of pending work.
